Some of the benefits of a consistent yoga practice include: increased strength–while balancing all muscle groups, natural weight loss, greater flexibility, toned muscles, improved balance, reduced stress, and inner peace with a more relaxed mind.

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT) with The Yoga Alliance. I completed a 200 hour teacher training program with Karen Soroko, E-RYT of Yoga Prairie in the summer of 2007. I was blessed with an opportunity to study with Ranjani Cobo, who studied and apprenticed in India with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and B.K.S. Iyengar.

I opened my studio in the fall of 2007 at my home in Chetek. I am now also offering yoga classes in Eau Claire, at One Tree Martial Arts. I teach Hatha Yoga classes with an emphasis on proper alignment to prevent injury and achieve the most benefits. Classes are multi-level–from beginners to advanced students–and all fitness levels. Poses can be modified to fit any level. If you have health concerns or major physical limitations, I recommend private or semi-private lessons for more individualized support.
